Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Other destinations: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders within the United States.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active or update after shipment.
You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your shipment status.
Incorrect Shipping Address

OPNSHOWER is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property and with household members or neighbors. You may also contact the shipping carrier for additional information.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and the product.
This will help us investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These fees are outside of OPNSHOWER's control and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
