1. RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
  • Include your order information or proof of purchase

  • Photos, if the product arrived damaged or defective

Do not send your return to the business address unless our support team provides return instructions.

3. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your OPNSHOWER product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Send us your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that:

  • Have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Show signs of misuse or improper installation
  • Are missing original components or packaging
  • Are returned after the applicable return period
